Stocker
We are looking to hire a full time Stocker to join our inventory/stock team.
Full-time, Monday – Friday schedule. Shift typically begin at 4 or 5 am.
Job Description
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Check in merchandise in a timely and accurate manner. Sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom throughout the day. Assist with store inventory counts as needed.
- Work safely when using hand trucks, ladders, and other equipment. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds, climb, stoop, reach, walk, and stand for long periods of time.
- Assist customers and team members as needed throughout the store. Provide excellent service by answering questions and providing product insight.
Pay & Benefits
Hourly rate $18.75 – $20.00.
Regular, full time employees can enroll in benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance. They also receive paid holidays and vacation hours after completing eligibility periods. Other benefits available include a 401(k) with company match and an employee discount.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test.

Plumbing/Electrical
We are looking to hire in our Plumbing/Electrical department
Full-time, flexible schedule based on business needs. Previous work experience in plumbing and/or electrical preferred, but not required.
Job Description
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and friendly service to customers. Be curious and continue to grow expertise in the area you support.
- Ensure quality sales floor presentation which meets all store signage, display, and housekeeping standards. Maintain proper inventory levels to ensure easy shopping and sales.
- Have the ability to climb ladders, lift up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for long periods of time.
Pay & Benefits
Hourly rate $18.75 – $21.00.

Cashier
We are looking to hire a Cashier.
Full-time, flexible schedule based on businesses needs.
Job Description
Job duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Assist customers at checkout and over the phone with sales, returns and other transactions. Keep the service quick, easy and fun by listening to customer needs.
- Accurately ring transactions up by scanning and itemizing items and totaling customers’ purchases. Accept customer payments and provide change as needed.
- Build relationships with customers by telling them about upcoming events, True Value rewards, and gift cards.
Pay & Benefits
Starting hourly rate is $18.75.
